Celebutante Nicole Richie and her boyfriend, Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden (pictured left, AP Photo/Dan Steinberg), welcomes a son, Sparrow James Midnight Madden. Born early today, the baby weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces. Sparrow joins sister Harlow Winter Kate Madden, who was born on Jan. 11, 2008."Nicole, Joel, Harlow and Sparrow are all doing well. Thank you for all of your good wishes," the announcement said.
Also, Grey's Anatomy actress Katherine Heigl and her husband, singer/songwriter Josh Kelley, are adopting a 10-month-old baby girl from Korea. Melissa Kates, Heigl's spokeswoman, confirmed the news but wouldn't provide details.
